Phone-supported services:
Engineers of system management and maintenance can contact our after-sales service center via the hotline, or contact the local service center of our company. Our system engineers will provide professional technical consultations and services so that the problems can be solved as soon as possible.
On-site maintenance service
For problems that can’t be solved through the phone, we will send engineers who carry the necessary parts and tools to the site for repair work, till the problems are solved. The standard response time should be the time needed for transport. Regular maintenance is one of our featured services. In other words, we will provide regular maintenance service once times every three months, when our special engineers will be send to maintain and examine the equipment for you.
Regular maintenance service
Regular maintenance is a special service provided by our company. We offer special maintenance service two times per year. In other words, the special engineers from our company will be sent to maintain and examine the equipment for you once every six months.
Remote monitoring service
The remote monitoring room is set at headquarter. Equipment at different places will be checked three times per day via the remote network. If any problem is found, remote maintenance service will be provided. If on-site operation is needed, the user will be timely informed to contact the representative office.
Standby products and spare parts
Our company has established the warehouse for standby products and spare parts, which has an inventory of certain amount. Meanwhile, the similar warehouses are set at the representative offices, through which customers can receive the related services. We undertake that parts will be provided for all equipment for life time.
Equipment upgrading
Our company undertakes that, after the equipment is put into operation, extra equipment needed for re-building or expanding the system will be provided at a preferential price (not higher than the contract price). We also guarantee that, within 15 years after the warranty period expires, the software of the system will be upgraded free of charge. For new functionalities which may require extra hardware, users can purchase such hardware at the same preferential price stipulated in the contract.
