YX-CEMS is a new generation of gas monitoring system, which adopts the world advanced technology. It uses the laser transmission method to test the thickness of fuel and dust, heat pipe to take the sample completely, non-dispersive infrared absorption method to measure the thickness of contamination in gas, such as SO2, NOX, CO and CO2. The system uses pitottube, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, and zirconia oxygen analyzer to measure the gas parameter, uses industrial control, PLC, and company software system to capture and process the data, carry out the real-time monitoring, form the diagram and report, and control the system operation.
YX-WQMS Water Quality On-line Automatic Monitoring System could real time and remote monitor the water quality continuously. It is convenient for the environmental protection, and the water affairs departments to master the water condition of the key water section of the river and lakes in time, and to predict the serious area water pollution. This provides scientific criterion for solving the dissension of cross-district water pollution accident, and monitoring the condition of amount control and the discharge.
Based on many patent technologies, YX-CODcr Water On-line Automatic Monitor uses the advanced technology of Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) and the leading technologies in optics, mechanical engineering, and electrics, and the particular features for adapting high temperature (170°C) and high pressure (0.6MPa) to shorten the time of analysis and measuring greatly. Then, the “On-line real time monitoring” is achieved.

System Integration Department
Depending on the advanced computer technology, auto control technology, communication network, geo info, GPS, remote sensing and telemetry, the system integration department develops an environmental monitoring & information management system that integrated with information acquisition, information storage, business management, data share, and information service.

Desulphurization & Denitrification Department
On controlling the gas, the company insists on independent development and technology innovation. Based on the advanced technologies from home and aboard, the company absorbs, digests, and improves them to be its own. Today, the company has formed a mature professional team of desulfurization & denitrogenation, which integrates with management, development, design, construction, commissioning, and operation. The department offers the complete effective quality services from the feasibility study in the previous period of project, to project demonstration, engineering design, project construction, project inspection and acceptance, and business train.
Desulfurization:
Limestone-Gypsum Wet Method Desurfurization Technology:
It uses limestone as the absorbent to produce chemical reaction in the absorber with the gas from the boiler back-end, then, the calcium in serosity is reacted with the sulfur dioxide from gas to be the gypsum while parts of other contaminations in gas are eliminated, such as dust, HCL, HF, SO3. This technology is mature and reliable, and with high efficiency of desulfurization and low cost of operation. The outcome of the desulfurization can be utilized.
Use the basicity of the natural seawater to get rid of the sulfur dioxide from the gas. It is near the sea with a great advantage in diffusion. It is a great solution for the desulfurization of the power plant, which uses low/middle-sulfur coal, and seawater as the cooling water. This technology is simple with low investment, high efficiency of desulfurization, without solid by-products discharge, and obvious economic benefit.
Circulating Fluidized Bed-Dry desulfurization technology (CFB-FGD):
The gas is in the fluidized gas, and the lime/limestone is the fluidized medium. Spray proper atomized water into the reactor, and take advantage of the excellent contact, mix, and turbulent motion of gas and solid inside the reactor to produce the reaction of sulfur dioxide and calcium hydroxide, and thus getting rid of the sulfur dioxide. This technique has many advantageous features, such as high efficiency of desulfurization, low operation cost, not demand to have corrosion protection, great operating flexibility, high utilization rate of desulfurizer, few by-product discharge, and easy treatment.
Denitrogenation & Denitrification:
Offer customers reliable methods to control the discharge of NOx, resolve the problem of coal dust and secondary air balance that restricts the efficiency of burning equipment, and improve the burning while reducing the NOx discharge and the loss of unburned coal.
Low-nitrogen burning system:
Develop the products related to burning with the systemic methods: Consider the pulverizing system, furnace and all parts that influence the boiler efficiency and pollutant discharge, such as operation of pulverizing system, balance of coal dust, the distribution of air dynamics field of bellows, and the boiler structure, as an integrated system.
Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction:
Spray reducer that contains amido, such as ammonia/carbamide in the gas in the high temperature, then, they will selectively reduce the nitrogen oxides in the gas to N2 and H2O.
Selective Catalytic Reduction:
Take ammonia as reducer when catalyst is used, and the NOx in gas is then reduced to N2 and H2O. Compared with the NOx reduction rate (30-50%) of SNCR, the reduction rate of SCR could reach 70-90%, which meets the strict requirement of the environmental protection.
Wastewater Treatment Department
The wastewater treatment department has obtained the qualification for construction of wastewater treatment project, and the special engineering design. The department can take up the complete EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction). It has 12 professional senior engineers, which own abundant engineering construction, operation, and management experience in the treatment of municipal wastewater, desulfurization wastewater, plating wastewater, printing wastewater, papermaking wastewater, food processing wastewater, and daily wastewater.
